Channelers cannot send the Identity History Summary Report overseas. Any fingerprints submitted from overseas will not be processed and fingerprint cards will not be returned.
For those that have already submitted fingerprints (electronically or by mail)
If you received an email notice that your FBI report is ready for download, please login via the link on the top left of this page. Once you login, click the View Response link above, enter the PIN you received via email, and click View/Print Response button.
Please note, your PIN is only usable once, so ensure you are on a device where you can download your report immediately when accessing it. You must save your report within the next 30 days, after which, it will be automatically deleted from our systems. Due to FBI regulations, we are unable to hold your report after that time.
